MARY-KATE AND TRASHLEY
The fuzz, the hiss, the distorted guitar, the big drums, the big bass- it's all Alexander Scaglia masquerading as Mary-Kate and Trashley. The beloved drummer from The Florals steps out on his own after two releases and a move to Cincinnati that made band practice impractical.
The result is a short but sassy debut, Mary-Kate and Trashley "Make a Record", out now on cassette and digital from Poptek Records.
Mary-Kate and Trashey = Alexander Scalgia- vocals, guitars, bass, drums, synthesizers.
Location = Cincinnati, Ohio

Mary Kate and Trashley is the fuzzy, hissy, distorted and cute debut from the drummer of The Florals. “Make A Record” is Alexander Scaglia playing everything and it sounds everything like the name implies. Releases April 5, 2019
The Florals return with their final album, a short but strong 3-song EP. The super-catchy pop song "Couch" illustrates how clever of a writer Brenna Myers is and continues to be. And this is not the end as the band transitions to become Once A Pine. Their debut album is coming soon, featuring more of Myers' emotive voice and songwriting.
The debut from this young duo is so good and electrifying and stylish and impressive. Features "The Blues & Grays", "College Age", "Why Don't You Want me Now" and so many other hits.
