After making two albums as one half of The Florals and then striking out on his own to debut as Mary-Kate and Trashley, the can-do-everything-and-do-it-well Alexander Scaglia has morphed again into Golden Orra. Three individually released singles has lead up to the compiled release of “It Is Golden Orra And This Is How It Sounds“ coming out as a limited-run 7” lathe cut vinyl, including two new singles as well as two of the previously released. Recorded with help for an all-star lineup of indie Cincinnati musicians (Pomegrantes Joey Joesph and Jacob Merritt, Jimmy Rice), Scaglia delivers more of the cute, garagey, and super catchy rock that he has become known for.
